The Last Humans

YEAR :  December 24, 2023 – Last Recorded Document

The first 10 years of missing passengers from unrecovered aircraft, were thought to be related to mechanical, weather or pilot error.

During its annual Chicago Convention in 2015, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) concluded missing aircraft, such as MH370 Boeing 777- 2H6ER with 239 passengers aboard in 2014 was the result of pilot error.

To this day, it has never been found.

Accordingly, an additional 6 aircraft went missing, from military to civilian world-wide.  Even though commercial flight disasters were commonly reported on the news, no one was aware of any military loss.  The government and FAA made sure of that.

In late 2015, world news reported two civilian aircraft Boeing 737-800’s vanishing.

First it was flight SAS 527, from Stockholm to London Heathrow.  And only a week later, a second flight, DAL 493  from John F Kennedy to Las Americas international airport disappeared without a trace.

They too were related to possible pilot error, never finding a stitch of evidence.

The public were scared as hell to fly, after yet another incident in 2016, where a Boeing 777 fell off the radar.  It was an international flight from Montreal to London Heathrow carrying 260 passengers.

After repeated cries from the public, Canadians demanded an inquire after learning, this time, of two witnesses.

Both were experienced pilots on a separate flight, from London to New York.  They allegedly claimed both saw a Boeing 777 enter, what they describe as a white vortex, swallowing the aircraft within seconds.

ICAO and Transport Safety Board of Canada concluded this particular aircraft’s fate was due to environmental weather conditions.  Once again, no evidence was ever found.

But, in 2017 an usually occurrence happened which couldn’t be explained or covered up.

A passenger from flight PA345 – Boeing 777, Pakistan International Airlines from Toronto heading to Stockholm, Arlanda Airport, was discovered in Hamberg, Germany.

What made this so unusual, flight PA345 went missing 2 months earlier with 234 passengers.

Passenger, Dr. Usman Ahmad Khalid was found aimlessly walking the streets of Hamberg, Germany, incoherent with amnesia.  After local police discovered his passport on his person, world news spread like wildfire, reporting one passenger of flight PA345 – Boeing 777  has been found in Hamberg, Germany.

After much scrutiny, Dr. Usman Ahmad Khalid was released from authorities with little explanation to why he was the sole survivor, or how he possibly ended up in Germany.

He was constantly under surveillance.

However, after a couple years, the doctor’s memory started to come back in pieces.

During an exclusive interview with ABC 20/20, lone survivor Dr. Usman Ahmad Khalid explained he remembers being on flight PA345.

Apparently, he was sleeping when a large thud woke him up.  It was then, he realized he couldn’t move, pinned to his seat.  The plane seemed to be spiralling out of control, but strangely, no one was screaming.

It was if they were all in a “zombie state”.

Even though he couldn’t move, he reported seeing these alien species, known as “short non-Greys”.  They were approximately 4 ft tall with pale bluish-white skin.

Dr. Khalid went on to say, these alien beings were checking out each passenger, injecting them with something. It wasn’t long before he came face to face with one of them, inspecting him.  All he could remember, was how frightened he felt, when these large dark eyes peered at him. Those protruding eyes, small lipless mouth and extended forehead, only inches away from him.

He tried everything to move, but couldn’t.

It was then, the alien creature motioned over a couple of his mates.  They were all peering at me with some concern.

“To this day, I’m not sure why,” Dr. Khalid explained,” It was as if something was wrong with me.  They became agitated, but not a sound was heard.  It’s as if they were communicating telepathically, somehow.”

The experienced physician went on to say, he felt another violent bump with the aircraft. They must of dropped thousands of feet, because he could feel butterflies in his stomach and he rose slightly from his seat.

And then, just like that, he lost consciousness.

When the doctor woke up, he said, ” I was laying on a bench.  At the time, I couldn’t answer who, what, where or why I was at that particular spot.  I didn’t even know my own name. I was truly scared,” Dr. Khalid said.

The world was amazed and confused by the doctors story.

It may of been hard to accept or explain, but here he was.  The doctor was physical proof that not even ICAO or FAA could hide under the carpet. He became a celebrity of sorts, appearing as guest on various talk shows, such as, like Late Night, NBC with Seth Meyers.

The whole event stirred up believers verses non-believers of aliens visiting earth, throughout the social media.  Some saying the government has been hiding this for years, ever since Area 51.  Some even stated, they have been here for 100,000 years before mankind ever had a foothold on earth

But then, in the year 2020, SETI along with NASA , tried their best to keep it under secrecy.  At first, NASA scientists thought it was just another group of asteroids.  Hours after NASA’s discovery, SETI verified solid evidence of a communication beacon heading for earth.

In the end, before our world realized it, we were being invaded by an intelligent group of an unknown alien species.

In the past, our governments  thought they would come as an full pledged military assault.  Never did they think, a common virus spread across the earth, was all it took to render us immobile.

There wasn’t even a war.

Our world, as we knew it, was now under complete control, conquered and colonized by an advance alien civilization.

Depleting its own home resources, they raped our earth, strip mining throughout the world, leaving behind nothing more then a barren wasteland.  Even our oceans were sucked dry.

All this, in only four years.

Our concerned with global warming or any environmental harm to our earth meant absolutely nothing.

As far as the human race was concerned?

We suddenly became part of their food chain.  By the billions, we were commercially slaughtered, like cows.

If only we had listened to cosmologist Stephen Hawking, who warned us of the consequences of contacting extraterrestrial life. His analogy of Christopher Columbus arriving in the Americas,” …it didn’t turn out well for the Native Americans.”

Well. It certainly didn’t turn out good for the human race.

Do we have any hope of surviving ?

We ARE the Last Humans recording this message, ” Will they find us? We are the only human colonization now living on Mars.  Is it only a matter of time before they find us ?  Unknown to our enemies, a few of us found refuge deep within the ancient tunnels under Mars.  God save our souls! “

The Raven’s Curse

In high school I met a wonderful art teacher, Mr. Wilson. It was he, who noticed my artistic ability was related to abstracts.

Mr. Wilson was my mentor.

He introduced me to the Pacific Northwest Native Art, determining I was a natural for this specific kind of art.

After studying the basic styles, I prepared art pieces related to the aborginal mythology.  My art medium was expressed on canvas, paper, silkscreen  to eventually carving.  Mr. Wilson explained to me, you’re not a true representation of Pacific Northwest Native Art, unless you make your very own craving tools, including the handle.  After fashioning my carving knife representing a bear, mythologically known for the keeper of dreams and memories, I began carving a Killer Whale.

I was hooked.

Throughout my art classes at VSS (Vernon Senior Secondary) I became good friends with Mr. Wilson.  Afterwards, we went our separate ways. He extended his teaching career at UBC (University of British Columbia ) in Vancouver, while I followed his advice, becoming an Art Teacher.

After graduating I headed to Okanagan College.  At the time I didn’t know this, but I should have gone to the Emily Carr University of Art and Design.  With very little funds, I couldn’t pursue this avenue of choice.

At a local Art Exhibit in Kelowna, my art pieces were mistaken for local aboriginals because of the my ability to understand the native culture.

Everyone enjoyed my art pieces, but I was placed in limbo.

To the aboriginals, I wasn’t native, so I couldn’t sell my pieces in their art stores. But they were impressed with my work, to the point a local medicine man told me I was under the influence of the Raven.

The Raven mythology for the Pacific Northwest Native People is referred to has the creators assistant, able to transform into any form at will.  He was responsible for placing the SUN in the sky and supplying the rivers and seas with fish.  It’s also said he loves to trick people, which the medicine man thought I was teased and tricked by the Raven, placing my soul in turmoil.

The mischievous Raven was laughing  because he placed my artistic soul within the aboriginal culture, knowing all to well, I would not be accepted by the Pacific Northwest Native People or by my own peers.

So, to this very day, my artistic abilities is still placed in limbo.

In the beginning I learned the basics of the Pacific Northwest Native Art, expanding to my own artistic style.  It’s my belief, the Raven trickster is still amused by my artistic abilities.

Here’s some more Pacific Northwest Native Art pieces I did – MY ART

In the end, my arts career extended to writing, screenwriting and the Arts.

NOTE

The above photo of my artistic piece called, “Sea to Land – The Spiritual Connection”, is in its preliminary stages.  Planning any art piece, we like to sketch and colour our proposed piece before it goes on canvas.  I would like to eventually place this one on canvas.

The Problem with Scifi Genre

Who doesn’t love Scifi- right?

Well, the reality of writing science-fiction for any screenwriter, is the fact, they are doomed before the words even hit the pages.

So – What’s the problem with scifi genre ?

Everyone is excited about writing one, not realizing their science-fiction thriller is the norm in today’s society.  With successful movies like the Alien trilogy’s, Prometheus, Total Recall, Logan’s Run, ET, The Terminator, Star Wars, Star Trek, Avatar, 2001 Space Odyssey, Planet of the Apes and my favourite, Blade Run, it’s very hard to compete or even get noticed at all.

You can say we ARE in the age of space exploration.

Daily headlines read about the space race to Mars or back to the moon by the famous Google Lunar X-Prize.  Our enthusiasm to explore our solar system, should I say, is in our blood.

For writers and screenwriters, Scifi makes it difficult to be recognized for Three Main Reasons:

1.  Everyone is writing Scifi genre

2.  Producers already know how expensive it is to make

 3.  Script Scouts and Agents will say,” Oh no! Not another Scifi”

So, what is a Sci-fi Fan suppose to do?

A. You can produce it yourself by funding on KickStarter or other fund raising websites.  Problem – very difficult to raise money for any high budget film, unless you’re already well known in the film industry.  Even then, it’s almost impossible.

B. A markable hook –  the LOGLINE grabs everyone’s  interest.  Its talked about on social media, going viral.

C. Produce a low budget screenplay.

D. Begin with a 20 – 30 page short film, Scifi, horror or comedy, introducing an unexpected twist at the end.

Don’t give up on your dream, just put it on the back burner.  This is exactly what James Cameron did.  Before his career took off, he always had Avatar in the back of his mind. It wasn’t until 1994, he decided to write a 80 page treatment.  But, according to him, the technology wasn’t available to make his film believable.  Finally, after years of showing off his credibility, in 2006 his idea became reality.  The high budget film, Avatar was approved for production at $237 million.  Production companies, Lightstorm Entertainment, Dune Entertainment and Ingenious Film Partners backed him up, along with distribution by 20 Century Fox.

So, as they say.

In the end, Scifi genre is a hard sell.  Especially when you’re a promising screenwriter starting out.  The film industry is tough, not only for screenwriters, but actors and a whole bunch of film crew scrambling to get a paycheque.

But.

Never give up. That’s my motto.

Keeping my life HAPPY is the key.  Screenwriting and writing articles like this one, is an enjoyable process, which never seems like work. To me, screenwriting is FUN.

I will keep writing, socializing, collaborating and submitting my screenplays, until one day, an agent, producer and/or director will notice one of my low budget scripts, ready to suit their needs.  I will even volunteer my time on a film making set.

The more you know, the richer in knowledge you become.

Until then, the high budget BLACK ANGELS is on the back burner, waiting for its day as a successful blockbuster film.

Today, I met a new friend.  His name?  The famous film maker, Adam Scorgie of  documentary acclaimed,” Culture High“.

And in conclusion:

The key to any success is to keep close to your dreams and just maybe it will all click-in one fateful day.

Writers Passion

When I write a story, the first draft is exactly that. A rough collaboration of my passionate thoughts on electronic paper (save the trees).

After the 20th draft, I’m continue proof reading.  Even then, I will miss the obvious, simply because my mind reads the material as a structured storyline.

It’s not until I leave it alone for a few days to sometimes, as long as three months, does my mind realize the obvious mistakes.

It’s always good (if you can afford it) to get a proof reader.  If you can’t afford it,  pick a friend to proof read for you, who loves your same interests.  But, take heed to those not professional in the field.  You get what you pay for, or in this case, what you’re NOT paying for.

“Soul Savior” isn’t any different.  Each of my stories are first placed in storyline, then executed to another screenplay.  This particular story is a short script.

Dreams and Reality

My name is Sam. I’m a Soul Savior.

“Hard to believe the story I’m telling you, but it’s as real as you can get!”

“Seriously!” Interrupts Agent Thomas,” Are you sure you want to stick to that story?”

FBI Agent Thomas R. Jefferson is your typical “in-your-face” interrogator. You know, the bully G Man type. Without very much imagination, he resorts to the interrogation Tactics Manuel, Section A-103 : How to make your perpetrator feel uncomfortable by getting into their personal space.

Thomas is a big man, in his late 40’s, sitting on the table, inches away from his captive, Samantha Rose Franklin. Sam’s an attractive young woman in her early 30’s. You know the type, athletic, striking green eyes with blond hair.

“Yes, I’m sticking to my story, after all it’s the truth,” Sam gives a blank stare, perturbed by the constant interruptions,”All you have to do, is just…
